1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and handling reasons, we do not accept returns on worn clothing, sale items, or gift cards.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace or refund your item.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
